Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RaylVox platform, a voice AI solution for Asterisk PBX and IP-PBX call centers. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Definitions

• Platform — our software, APIs, and related services provided under your subscription.
• Customer — the organization or individual that subscribes to the platform.
• End Users — individuals whose calls are processed through the platform.

3. Services and Deployment Modes

We offer the platform in cloud, on-premise, and whitelabel deployment modes. Specific features, capacity, and support levels depend on your selected plan. We may introduce, modify, or retire features, and will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the platform for unlawful purposes; infringe on the rights of others; collect End User data without proper consent or lawful basis; interfere with or disrupt the platform; or attempt to reverse engineer the platform except as permitted by law.

6. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Fees are based on your plan, included minutes, and usage. Overage usage beyond your included minutes is billed at the applicable rate. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may result in suspension of service.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its software, models, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by RaylVox and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during your subscription. You retain all rights to your data and content processed through the platform.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the collection and processing of End User data through the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including consent requirements.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care and to use it only for the purposes of these Terms.

10. Warranties and Disclaimer

We will provide the platform in a professional manner and work to maintain availability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID OR PAYABLE BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms begin when you accept them and continue until your subscription ends or is terminated. You may cancel at any time, subject to the terms of your plan. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia.
