How RaylVox collects, uses, stores, and protects your data on our voice AI platform for Asterisk PBX call centers.

This Privacy Policy explains how RaylVox ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and voice AI platform for Asterisk PBX call centers. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information — name, email address, company name, and phone number provided when you request a demo, create an account, or contact us.
  • Call data — call recordings, transcripts, speech recognition output, sentiment analysis results, and call metadata (timestamps, durations, phone numbers) processed on behalf of your call center.
  • Usage and technical data — logs, device information, IP addresses, and analytics that help us operate and improve the platform.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the RaylVox platform and its features.
  • Transcribe, analyze, and summarize calls for agent assist, quality assurance, and compliance.
  • Improve our speech recognition models and platform performance.
  • Respond to inquiries, provide support, and send service-related communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the security and integrity of the platform.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf (such as hosting and AI inference providers), under contractual safeguards.
  • Legal authorities, when required by applicable law or to protect our rights.
  • Business partners, only with your consent or where necessary to provide the services you requested.

3.1. Sub-processors and Data Processing Agreement

We engage limited sub-processors to deliver the platform, including cloud hosting, database, and AI inference providers, each bound by contractual data-protection obligations. A current list of sub-processors and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) are available on request at support@raylvox.com. We do not authorize sub-processors to use your data for their own purposes.

4. Data Retention

Retention periods depend on your deployment configuration and applicable regulations. For on-premise deployments, you control all data storage and retention. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Security

All call data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our platform follows SOC 2 security standards, and on-premise deployments ensure data never leaves your infrastructure. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and monitored.

6. On-Premise and Whitelabel Deployments

For on-premise and whitelabel deployments, you retain full control over data storage, retention, and access. RaylVox acts as a processor of call data on your behalf, and this policy governs our processing activities.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@raylvox.com.

8. Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies for functionality and limited analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised date.

10. Contact Us
